Ein grausamer Mord am nächtlichen Strand ist nur der Auftakt für eine Reihe gefährlicher Ereignisse, die sich in dem alten holländischen Seehotel abspielen. Graf Dracula ist auf der Suche nach einer Frau, die ein ähnliches Schicksal mit ihm teilt. Er hat düstere Pläne mit ihr, bei denen er Unterstützung von Victor Frankenstein erhält. Doch plötzlich wendet sich das Blatt und Dracula wird zu einem Spielball seiner Feinde.
