Bibi entdeckt in Neustadt ein Plakat für einen Familien-Staffellauf. Spontan hext sie sich und ihre Eltern auf die Teilnehmerliste. Barbara und Bernhard sind zunächst nicht begeistert, aber mit Oma Gretes Hilfe werden sie schließlich zum Mitmachen animiert.
