In einem Berliner Gentrifizierungsgebiet überfällt ein unbekannter Fahrradfahrer nachts Frauen, indem er ihnen Säure ins Gesicht spritzt. Die Situation eskaliert, als eine der Frauen dabei zu Tode kommt. Im Viertel formiert sich eine Bürgerwehr, Rechtspopulisten machen die Sache für sich zum Thema und vermuten einen Frauen hassenden Flüchtling hinter dem Täter. Das LKA beschließt, die Polizeibeamtin Jule als Lockvogel einzusetzen. Für Hauptkommissar Alexander Polanski, der sie während ihrer nächtlichen Gänge durch den Kiez beschatten soll, wird die Unternehmung eine Herausforderung auf Leben und Tod.
