Yoko ist eine gesuchte Mörderin auf der Flucht. Unter einer neuen Identität lebt sie als John auf einer kleinen griechischen Insel, arbeitet in einem Restaurant hoch über dem Meer, sie hat Freunde gefunden und ist zur Ruhe gekommen. Doch während John sich in Sicherheit wähnt, wird in Deutschland immer noch nach Yoko gefahndet. In einer Fernsehsendung wird der "Fall Yoko" wieder aufgerollt und es werden neue Beweise gefunden. Ihre Akte wird erneut geöffnet und wovor Yoko sich immer gefürchtet hat, geschieht: John wird enttarnt. Und noch fataler: Es kommt ans Licht, was John getan hat.
