Against this backdrop, with a setup of a small village near Nallamala forests, the writer has come up with this story Kasi Bugga. Vamsy added this story to his Vamsy ki Nachina Kathalu. సమాజం ఒక అరణ్యం అయితే, ఈ జనారణ్యం లో ఎన్నో క్రూర మృగాలు నక్కి ఉన్నాయి. మన చుట్టూ ఉంటూ ఎన్నో అవాంఛనీయ సంఘటనలకు పాల్పడుతున్నారు. ఈ ఇతివృతాంతం తో నల్లమల అడవుల దగ్గర ఒక చిన్న కుగ్రామం ని నేపథ్యం గా మలుచుకొని రాసిన ఈ 'కాసి బుగ్గ' కథ అందరినీ తప్పక ఆలోచింపజేస్తుంది. ఇదీ వంశీ కి నచ్చిన కథల్లో ఒకటి.
