Benjamin, Otto und Stella wollen am Neustädter Drachenflugtag teilnehmen. Dazu muss man zunächst einen Drachen selbst bauen und ihn dann erfolgreich auf dem Wettbewerb steigen lassen. Die Konkurrenz ist groß: Der Bürgermeister, Herr Pichler und Karla Kolumna machen auch mit. Und am Flugtag erlebt so mancher eine Überraschung!
