Eine Geburtstagsfeier in Harry's Pub wird nicht nur von einem unheimlichen Sturm erschüttert, sondern auch von einem mysteriösen Todesfall. Offenbar starb der alte Mr. Douglas durch das Gift eines seltenen Skorpions. Pfarrer Morgan und seiner Kollegin Bailey ist klar, dass nur einer der Anwesenden für die Tat infrage kommt. Zu dumm, dass Mr. Douglas nicht gerade beliebt war und mehr als einer ihm den Tod gewünscht hat.
