Immerhin wird ihm gleich nach seiner Ankunft die erste Leiche serviert. Erwischt hat's den Bürgermeister von Vorderkitzlingen. Er steckt in der Tiefkühltruhe von Resis Schnitzelparadies in Hinterkitzlingen. Genauer gesagt: sein Kopf. Und weil ein gewaltiges Unwetter über das Tal hereinbricht, ist Arno Bussi auf sich allein gestellt. Seine Jagd nach dem Mörder führt über seltsame Dorfbewohner, eine außer Rand und Band geratene Natur, einen weiteren Toten - und zu Eva, der bildhübschen Tochter der Schnitzelwirtin.
