Der junge Fürst Heinrich von Ettingen- Bernegg flieht, enttäuscht von der Liebe, in die Einsamkeit einer Jagdhütte in den Tiroler Bergen. Dort lernt er die Künstlerin Lolo Petri kennen und fühlt sich sofort zu ihr hingezogen.
