Ivor The Engine

Ivor the Engine is set in the picturesque Welsh countryside, where Ivor, a small steam engine, works for The Merioneth and Llantisilly Railway Traction Company Limited. His driver, Jones the Steam, is his loyal companion, and together they deliver goods and navigate the charming Welsh valleys. One evening, after a long day's work, Ivor hears the beautiful sound of the local choir for the first time. The song lingers in his thoughts, sparking a dream in Ivor's heart to one day sing with the choir. This audio book tells the story, taken from the very first black-and-white TV series braodcast in the 1950s . Created by Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin, this wonderful series remains a timeless favourite, remembered by generation after generation.
